Step 9: Reporting
Previous - Step 8: Payout
Next - Checklist: Overview
Overview
Within your Manager Page, select the grey 'Event Actions' dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner and then select "Reports." From there a selection of reports can be easily downloaded as excel spreadsheets for you to reference.
- Payout Report
Review a breakdown of all of the event's transactions. View funds raised for both cash and credit, total processing fees, and any remaining balance. The balance in your event will change often. We recommend waiting until your event is closed and archived before viewing the final balance. The payout report page is a great place to refund any transactions as well.
- Event Data
View your event's transaction data by item type, name, and payment details.
- Ticket Holders
See a full list of all ticket holders for your event. This includes all assigned tickets from individual and table tickets. "Ticket Holders" report is wonderful for seeing a full list of event attendees or viewing selected ticket options.
