Ticket Holder Information
Mousing over any name in the system displays additional information about each user:
- Name
- Phone
- If a credit card is on-file
Clicking a name displays additional user information along with controls to update the user's information.

Search
You can search by name to display results matching either a ticket holder name or the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s). Ticket holders can be checked in by click the blue 'Check-In' button next to their name.
Each ticket holder will receive the event welcome message via text when they are checked in. The welcome text will be followed by a link to the event items page if your event has items for purchase or items to bid on.
If you have narrowed the search down to a single ticket holder, the system will allow you QuickCheck™ the user by pressing the "Enter" key and then pressing the blue "Check-In" button on the pop up window.
Anyone can also be checked-in to the event whether they are a ticket holder or not by simply entering their mobile number into the 'Join Attendee' box. A user will be created with the mobile number provided and they will receive the same welcome message and link as a checked in ticket holder, and will prompt them to create their account if one associated with this number does not exist.
The "Join Attendee" method is recommended over the "Create Attendee" method for a quick check in process. "Join Attendee" allows them to create their account on their own device, whereas "Create Attendee" will require you to enter their information for them at the check-in table.
Scanning Tickets
Ticket holders can also be checked in by scanning a paper or digital ticket generated by the system. We recommend using Event Messaging to send a blast message to attendees with their ticket link 30 minutes to an hour before your event.
We recommend sending your attendees a link to their ticket the day of the event if you plan on scanning to redeem tickets. This is easily done by clicking the Text Ticket Link button and each ticket holder will receive a message reminding them of the event along with a link to their tickets so that have it ready at the door. Mobile Ticket Scanner
We've made it really easy for anyone at your event to become a volunteer to help with check-in. You can text a link the mobile check-in for your event by entering a volunteer's mobile phone.
The mobile ticket checkin and scanner is very powerful and can help speed up check-in drastically. It also provides many engagement tools and gives you the ability to accept donations as well as sell additional tickets or extra items with a single click right at the door.
