Go to manager.event.gives and login with your cell phone number and password.
Once you are logged in click "campaigns" and select the campaign you'd like to manage.
To view your donations and get the contact information of your donors click the Donations tab.
Here you will see a list of anyone who made a donation. If you see "charge card" that donor did not complete their donation.
You can contact them by clicking the text bubble with three dots to the right of their name.
This will open up a box where you can choose to either text them or email them:
If you would like to download a spreadsheet with your donations click the "Campaign Actions" drop down menu on the top right of the screen. Then click "reports" and "Campaign Data"
