Why can't my support agent record my digital hybrid event?
We want to ensure that every aspect of your event is flawless when using Event.Gives! In order for us to offer a flawless recording of your digital hybrid event, we would need additional equipment and an extra set of hands, which unfortunately, we do not have. Instead, we want your production agent to focus on the quality of your live stream as well as your user's experience. Although we are unable to offer you this, we have attached a helpful article that outlines how you are able to screen record on an array of devices.
Tips & Tricks
- Find a quiet location
- Record on a separate computer from the one you are viewing the live stream on
- Ensure you have stable wifi
- Ensure your laptop is charged
- Do a practice recording prior to the live stream
- Ensure your "sleep mode" or "battery saving" mode is set to off
- Silence your notifications or any pop-up windows that may interrupt your recording
