We ask that you hire your Event Expert with as much advance notice as possible, but a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to your event is required to give your expert adequate time to set up your event. Our Remote Plus Event Expert will be available for one hour prior to your event start in addition to four consecutive hours during your event. If your event support extends beyond 4 hours, you will be billed $75 at the start of each additional hour.
What does Remote Support Plus include?
Remote Support Plus includes remote support for your event PLUS set up support to help you create your event page.
Before the Event: Set Up
Your assigned Event Expert's name, contact phone number, and email address will appear on the top right of the 'Event Settings' tab. Your expert will email you within 1-2 business days to coordinate a Google Meeting to discuss your event details, set up, and communication plan for the day of the event. Please note that your event expert is available for set up only during business hours. Meetings that must be scheduled outside of business hours (other than the remote support you receive during your actual event) will be billed at $75 per hour.
During the Event: Remote Support
Your Event Expert will connect with you one hour before the event start time. Your Event Expert will be available for one hour prior to your event start in addition to four consecutive hours during your event to answer any questions you may have, walk you through any Event.Gives processes you are unfamiliar with, and support your attendees through the blue support button on your event site. We will also have a direct line to the Event.Gives Tech team.
After the Event
Your Event Expert can help answer any questions in regards to closing your event, reporting, and how to get your next event set up!
